Oh no, tell the faint hearted to look away! I’m not going to bash the girl in the photo (aside from the ear neglect, she’s cute!) instead I’ll use it as a learning tool for my followers.
1. If your ears are thin or thinning, don’t wear weights even for a short amount of time. Thinning ears need to be downsized so they can relax.
2. If your ears aren’t the same color as the rest of your skin, they aren’t getting very good circulation. Again, please downsize.
3. If your ears have dry patches, give them a nice oily massage. Emu oil is my favorite, jojoba or vitamin E oil works for the modded vegans out there. Oil will moisturize lobes, massaging will break down scar tissue and help blood circulate. Win, win!
(Her ears are 48mm for those who are wondering)
